About Lori

I didn’t come to this work because it sounded meaningful. I came to it because my body left me no other option.

For over two decades, I worked inside systems built on urgency, precision, and responsibility. Lives depended on my decisions. I learned how to stay calm under pressure, how to compartmentalize, and how to perform at a high level no matter what was happening internally.

From the outside, it looked like strength and in many ways, it was.

But what no one teaches you, especially high-capacity women, is how often performance becomes a substitute for safety.

I knew how to lead. I knew how to think. I knew how to hold everything together.

What I didn’t know was how much I was overriding my own system in the process.

I watched it happen everywhere-in myself, in colleagues, in the women who later found their way to me.

Intelligent, driven women who had learned to function at a high level while quietly disconnecting from their bodies.

Women who were praised for their resilience, even as their internal world grew tighter, louder, and more exhausted.

Then my body forced the conversation. I was diagnosed with breast cancer on my baseline mammogram.

The unexpected thing is, Illness has a way of stripping away what no longer works. Not gently but clearly and forcefully.

I couldn’t outthink what was happening. I couldn’t discipline my way through it. And no amount of motivation could override what my nervous system was asking for.

That’s when I learned something that changed everything:

Clarity doesn’t come from effort.
Safety doesn’t come from logic.
Growth doesn’t last when the body isn’t included.

Healing required me to slow down in ways I had never allowed myself to and to listen to my intuition instead of overriding it with logic. I had to stop managing symptoms and start understanding signals. I had to feel what I had spent years moving past.

That process didn’t make me fragile. It made me intentional.

I began to see patterns clearly, not just in myself, but in the women I work with now. Women whose lives expanded faster than their internal systems were trained to hold. Women who had built success through discipline and drive, but felt the quiet cost of carrying it all.

They weren’t stuck. They were unsupported. Their nervous systems were still operating as if survival was required, even though their lives no longer demanded it.

For years, I watched capable, driven women do everything “right”: mindset work, goal-setting, discipline, personal development...

And still feel internally strained, scattered, or quietly exhausted by their own success.

Not because they were broken. But because their nervous system and identity hadn’t caught up to the life they were living.

That’s where my work lives now.

I don’t help women push through what feels heavy. I help them understand why it feels heavy  and how to move forward without self-abandonment.

This work isn’t about fixing anything. It’s about recalibrating what’s already there so leadership, growth, and expansion feel grounded instead of exhausting.

I work with women who are ready to stop managing themselves and start inhabiting themselves. Women who don’t need more advice, but need their internal systems to catch up to the life they’re living.

Because when the body feels safe and identity is aligned, clarity is no longer fleeting. Decisions stop being draining. Growth stops feeling like something you have to survive.

This isn’t a reinvention story. It’s a reclamation. And it’s available to any woman willing to listen differently.

Even though I’ve been saving lives for over 20 years, I haven’t changed my mission. I changed how I deliver it.

My work has always been about helping people to live better, healthier, more fulfilled lives.
What evolved was my understanding of what actually creates sustainable change.

My background is rooted in medicine and human body physiology. I understand the body: how it responds to pressure, responsibility, chronic stress, and perceived threat.

I’m also deeply intuitive, trained in energetic and identity-level work that looks beneath behavior and into why patterns repeat, even in self-aware, high-functioning women.

Then life demanded integration.

My own journey through illness, healing, and recovery forced me to listen to my body in a way I never had before. After decades in high-pressure medicine, my own illness (and curing myself of metastatic breast cancer) taught me what discipline never could: you can’t think your way into safety or sustainable growth.

The body has to be part of the conversation.

You can see now that I didn’t come to this work to inspire people. I came because my body forced me to listen. I learned viscerally that you cannot think your way into safety, clarity, or alignment. That experience didn’t make me softer. It made me more precise.

I help women regulate, recalibrate, and lead themselves from clarity, not pressure.

This is not mindset coaching.
It’s not therapy.
And it’s not personal development designed to help you “feel better.”

This is identity-level recalibration, supported by nervous system regulation and grounded, direct guidance.

I work with women whose lives have expanded faster than their internal systems were trained to hold.

Women who are intelligent, capable, and already successful but feel the subtle strain of:
🔸 carrying more responsibility
🔸 making higher-stakes decisions
🔸 holding more visibility
🔸 and managing more complexity

My work helps their system catch up, so growth stops feeling like something they have to survive.

When your nervous system feels safe, and your identity is aligned:

✔️ decisions become clean
✔️ momentum becomes steady
✔️ confidence feels grounded, not performative
✔️ clarity lasts longer than motivation
✔️ growth feels sustainable instead of exhausting

This is the layer most coaching and strategy miss and why so many women feel like they’re always almost there.

This work is different because...

I don’t push mindset or strategy onto a dysregulated system.

I don’t override your body’s signals.
And I don’t bypass what’s actually happening beneath the surface.

Instead, we:
✔️ slow down enough to see what’s really going on
✔️ close emotional and energetic loops that drain capacity
✔️ recalibrate identity so expansion feels safe
✔️ build internal trust so forward movement is natural

This work requires honesty, presence, and participation.

It also creates clarity that lasts.

Who is this work for?

This work is for women who:
✔️ are done forcing growth
✔️ value depth, integrity, and precision
✔️ want regulation instead of hustle
✔️ are ready to be challenged — not coddled
✔️ want clarity that lives in the body, not just the mind

If you’re looking for hype, motivation, or surface-level support, this won’t be the right fit.

But if you’re ready to lead yourself differently, you’re exactly where you need to be.

Start where you are

You don’t need to become someone new.

You need to support who you already are — and who you’re becoming.
